Kids Gem Hunting Workshop - July 2020

Paloma Sanchez, The Art of Jewelry, as a trendsetting brand, has introduced a Kids Gem Hunting Workshop this summer, adding fun and freshness for those who have been stuck at home during the pandemic, unable to attend school or play with other kids for over six months.

“Kids got excited about our workshops,” commented Paloma Sanchez, the brand creative director and gem huntress, “it seems to me that the stars of a new generation of gemologists are rising.”, Two workshops were held for kids over two Sundays at Sanlitun gallery, to discover the secrets of the gem and mineral world, making kids enjoying the landscapes, mountains as well as other natural wonders on gem stones with much fun.

The gemstones also inspired those kids to go with their drawings, either with circles, triangles, squares or other fun shapes. Their creativeness made Paloma Sanchez decide to have a jewelry design contest, attracting more kids to join and have fun. “They are really geniuses and I want to exhibit all their creations. They may inspire me to have special kids edition too!” Paloma Sanchez said.
