Behind the Scenes - Vancouver Fashion Week - April 2015

Backstage is always a race against the clock to have everything ready and perfect for the show. Imagination, creativity……. a designer has to be ready to also assume any role! Paloma kneels in front of a model and becomes a seamstress to fix the last details. Before launch, models listen attentively to Paloma’s final instructions. 

Paloma decides an innovative spotlight: models carry flashlights to produce their own spotlights on the jewelry. Models know the choreography, but some last minute rehearsal is always needed. The models practice with the flashlights they will use during the catwalk.
